Warranty and Returns Process
Thank you for purchasing an ACCUENERGY product from Netonomy Pty Ltd. We take great pride in the
quality, value, and performance of the products we sell. Please follow proper operation and setting
procedures outlined in the User’s Manual. Should you need further technical assistance, contact

Limited 2 Year Warranty
Our warranty strictly covers manufacturing defects in material and workmanship in Accuenergy products purchased from us. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original purchaser and for a period of 24 months.
EXCLUSIONS
- Damage or failure caused by abuse, misuse, faulty installation, operation, improper or inadequate maintenance, and any repair or guarantee on repairs not carried out by the manufacturer.
- Damage resulting from inadequate packaging or carrier mishandling of returned products
THE WARRANTY IS VOID WHEN
- The product serial number has been altered or removed.
- The product has been altered, serviced or manipulated by anyone other than ACCUENERGY or without the prior written authorization of ACCUENERGY.
- We will have no liability in respect to goods received outside the relevant warranty period.
- There is no obligation or liability on the part of NETONOMY or ACCUENERGY for consequential damages arising from the use of the product or any indirect damages with respect to loss or property, revenue, or costs of removal, installation, or re-installations of fixtures
To Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim on an Accuenergy Product purchased from us complete the following form. Once completed you will be contacted via email by Netonomy with a A Return Material Authorization number (RMA) and the return shipping address of the faulty product.
Note – Goods must be returned (at your expense) to Accuenergy Canada for examination and processing.
